WordPress 2.7.1

February 11th, 2009 | Permalink Wordpress 2.7 is the best so far. Well, since it's the latest, it should be. Upgrading to 2.7.1 was a breeze! I only clicked one button for a 1-minute or less upgrade. It's a great thing that I do not have to upload Wordpress 2.7.1 files manually. I hope there won't be any more updates soon. Let this stay for a few months. Ha! read more...

Valentine’s Day is SOON

February 4th, 2009 | Permalink So the big heart's day is coming soon, like 10-days soon. I don't really know what to do on that day. Well, I haven't been celebrating that day for years, even if I am in a relationship right now. I just think that it is an overrated occasion. A lot of stores are taking advantage of that day that the prices of roses and tulips shoot so high up. How am I going to spend that day? Simple. I'd treat it just like any other day. :P read more...

My iPod Apps

I choose to get free apps because I don't want to pay $1 for a simple app. I mostly get games and productivity apps. iPod Touch 2nd Gen

January 14th, 2009 | Permalink I recently bought an iPod Touch 2nd Gen and I've been using it a lot lately. It's very useful and handy, especially when I have to check my email, I can use the email function everywhere I go, or when I am too lazy to turn on the computer. I've downloaded a lot of apps from the Apple App Store, but I usually install the free ones. I really don't want to pay for a simple application or game. A friend of mine offered a gift card so that I can get the paid apps that he says are cool. He hasn't gotten around to do it, though. Anyway, I do enjoy the new features of the iPod Touch 2nd Gen. The built-in speaker allows me to listen to music withou my ears feeling numb because of the headphones. YouTube videos load faster, too. I just love my new toy! read more...

Invasion: The Complete Series

January 9th, 2009 | Permalink I have purchased a lot of DVDs for the past weeks and my most favorite is Invasion: The Complete Series. I saw one episode at Star World but didn't get to watch the rest of the episodes because the rest of the family chooses to watch telenovelas. I actually am liking it more now that I have the DVD. It has 22 episodes and I am at episode 6. It's an alien invasion, I think, well, I didn't read up on it so that I'd be surprised in the end. I am looking for the other series called, Taken, starring Dakota Fanning. I didn't get to follow the whole series, so I would love to get that, too. DVD Marathon, FTW! read more...
