If your company is a “contact center”, you will need to make sure that the software that your call center agents are using is always working. Your I.T. people should always perform qa testing to ensure that the service you are providing is of quality. You do not want disgruntled customers, resulting to unsatisfactory performance surveys.

I work for a company that uses a web-based Accounting software. There are still flaws that we encounter on a daily basis. Enhancements that need to be addressed by the developer. This disrupts are operations most of the time.

All aspects of functionality must be addressed and should be tested on different platforms. Apple uses iOS, there is also Android and Blackberry to think of for mobile testings. Plus, you should also think about websites that require Cloud. Once you’ve met the required qa testing, there is little risk that you would lose business with potential customers.

Right now, I am one of those in my generation experiencing a lot of challenges with my current job. I am a part of a start-up company, and choosing to work for a company that is still establishing itself is a huge risk for anyone. There are times when I ask myself why I got myself into this, but there is also a part of me that is hopeful that this new business will boom and I am part of its success.

I have thought about starting my own business, but right now, getting enough capital is a challenge. My parents want to put up an apartment complex in our small property in the city and that’s probably our best bet to succeed in this economy. We already have an engineer working on a plan for a 3-story apartment. We plan to cater to career-driven people who works in the city.

This backs up a similar study out of Australia from a couple years ago.

T-Mobile is a genius for putting up the real life version of Angry Birds. It is complete with real birds catapulting away to those pigs that really explodes! I do love playing Angry Birds. There was a time when I could not sleep because I just had to finish all the games in one stage! I wanted all the golden eggs. I want to make each level into 3 stars. That was how obsessed I was!

I wonder if they can do a live version of Plants VS Zombies. Hmm…

I love her videos. This particular one just made me laugh! But it makes sense, what she said in the video about avoiding people that you don’t want to talk to. I have what they call, The Chronic Bitchface, so people tend to avoid talking to me, but sometimes, it can’t be helped. Some people just feel the need to be up in my face and talk. So JennaMarbles’ video should be taken seriously. It will work!

After every episode, it leaves me craving for more episodes. Abed’s and Troy’s characters’ minute stint after each episode is so funny! I don’t know who my favorite character is because everyone has their own funny little quirks.

Basically, you start with an almost bare cafe, but while you’re progressing, you will need to get someone to help you serve the customers and cook the food you sell, too. In order for you to find a good help, you, the chef, can infect your customers to become a zombie helper.

I am still on Level 12, and my cafe is not too big. I have earned lots of toxins from leveling up and downloading the games that Zombie Cafe recommends, which you usually pop out when you start the game. Download and enjoy it!

Another thing that I have to think about is a name for my portfolio. Do I use my name? Do I make up a name for it? Plus, I need to get my laptop fixed, too. Nothing is showing up on the screen.

So many things require money. I need money!

I sent them at least two tickets, yes, they responded after a few hours. Their LIVE chat is never online. I responded to their tickets so many times with questions as to when the server will be fixed. There was also a time that their server failed and all our websites disappeared. They had no backups to help us restore everything.

Their first email has this explanation:

A certain David Velasco promised a credit discount to my next invoice, which I don’t expect to come anymore, since their website is already down since March 8. I have sent many emails that I didn’t care about a refund, but, they don’t respond to the emails anymore.

TracSpace is really the worst web hosting ever! I wish the owner of this service gets bitten by karma BIG TIME.
