A Wireless Memory Card?

At this day and age, advances in technology seems normal. Everything just had to be updated, upgraded and we, the users, are sometimes left behind. While I was watching Hero channel in our local cable, they featured this wireless card that let’s a camwhore upload her photos without connecting it to the computer or logging on to her online photo account. Sounds a bit off, right? I mean, how can anyone upload their pictures to the computer or to the internet without connecting the camera to the PC?

The answer is simple: Eye-Fi

How exactly does this work? Well, to better understand how this works, here is the video I found in Youtube.

My take on it? Well, it is useful for people who are too lazy to plug cables. I’d stick to the cables for now.
